Just choose a category from the menu on the left, select the items and quantities you desire and add them to your shopping cart. When you are finished, checking out is a breeze, and secure, too. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Order by Phone
If desired, you may order your products over the phone by calling us toll free at 1-800-458-2616. Payment for your order can be made by credit card. We do not accept checks or money orders through the mail and cannot pay to return them if sent. Our customer service representatives can answer your questions and take your orders anytime Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, EST.
Order by Fax
Choose the items you wish to purchase, then simply print your order form before submitting your order. You may fax your order to 1-828-299-1847. Orders placed after normal business hours or on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Remember, your order is secure when ordering on-line at thekitchenstore.com.

State Sales Tax
We operate stores in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania and North Carolina and, therefore, must charge applicable state sales tax on orders shipped to those states. Orders shipped to other states are not taxed.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased, simply return the item within 90 days of receipt – with the enclosed return form – for exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. We’ll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.Shipping charges are not refundable.
