Tues. June 30th, 6pm, $20.00 - The Big Harvest – Summer Canning Season! Even the busiest folks can create a well-stocked pantry of fruits, vegetables, herbs, meats, flavored vinegars and seasonings from their harvest of fresh food. Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will give the juicy details on canning and preserving your own jam, jellies, canned veggies, pickles, and meats.
Tues. July 14th, 6pm, $20.00 - Jamaica Me Crazy Mon! - The Jamaican cuisine is the most spicy and delectable cuisine that is known to the western world. Their cuisine and cooking is an important aspect of their cultural embodiment. Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will teach you how water, temperature, and oil play an important role in creating authentic Jamaican foods.
Tues. July 28th, 6pm, $20.00 - Cooking for One! - Sometimes the best dishes are the ones we make for ourselves. Chef Jeffrey will share how to make a delicious meal for one - that's company enough. All tasted tested and approved by Jimmie!
Tues. Aug 11th, 6pm, $20.00 - Let’s Thai One On - Thai Cuisine is well-known for being spicy and for its balance of five fundamental flavors in each dish or the overall meal - hot (spicy), sour, sweet, and salty. Join Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie for cuisine from ‘The Land of Smiles’ and learn why this style cuisine is all the rage in many of the western countries.
Tues. Aug. 25th, 6pm, $20.00 - Cobblers, Crisp and Brown Betty's - Wondering what to do with your delicious summer fruit? Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie have a tantalizing array of ideas for desserts, featuring some of the summer's old fashioned favorites.
Tues. Sept. 8th, 6pm, $20.00 - The Five Fowl Friends - Like you, Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie are watching the increasing cost of groceries. Chicken is still one of the least expensive protein choices. With a great explanation about the difference between our poultry choices from their favorite Grand Diva of Cooking, Chef Julia Childs-- find out the basic skills needed to produce the ultimate poultry recipes including how to debone and separate a whole chicken.

Sat. Aug. 15, 11am, $20.00 - Deceptively Delicious Desserts - Junior Chefs will learn how to create unbelievably delicious desserts such as brownies, chocolate chip cookies, as well as a few surprises with Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie.
Sat. Sept. 12, 11am, $20.00 - Pizza Pizza - Junior Chefs forget takeout, we are delivering all that you need to create your own homemade pizza party. Have fun creating a traditional sauce, as well as contemporary and dessert pizza, a sweet way to finish your party.
